It is flattering when a client has enough confidence in their designer to fully embark on the design journey. Seeing as this specific client is an artist, a great connection was established early in the process. As designers, we always try to combine the artistic part of the space with the ergonomic side of it. Being an eccentric American artist, our client’s only concern going into this project was to create a space that still holds its market value, while still reflecting herself.

The kitchen is meant to compliment the space by bringing in some contemporary and industrial elements. Cashmere grey cabinets and a whimsical granite countertop will bring the space into this century, whilst remaining true to its era. The bathroom will be entirely industrial with cast iron tiles, a stone vanity and touch of teal in the cabinet. The bedroom has a custom closet built to perfectly tailor to the client’s needs, and a black stretched ceiling will be contrasted by a Murano Chandelier.
